Restoration and colorization can not only be a lengthy process, but can also be impossible.  I will do the best I can to restore a photo I would be proud of.  Colorization, on the other hand, is almost always doable - but can be very time consuming.  

 

It is possible I may set your expectations up-front given the photo.  If I deem an image is too difficult to repair or colorize, even part way through the repair, I will not charge you.
